Decembers Cannabox Theme was Holidaze. The red t-shirt that came in this months box has a cannabis “mistletoe” that says “meat me underneath the mistletoe” While I signed up to receive and XL t-shirt in my boxes, I received a large this time. I did not request a change in size, so not sure what happened there.
This months box also included some of the same cannabis related items. There was a pack of Juicy Jay Candycane papers. They are red and white striped.
There was also a 4pk of StrawBlurryClouds blunt wraps, a 50pk of Zen tips, a Clipper Jet lighter, a strand of Cannabox branded Organic Beeswax Hemp Wick and a Cannabox sticker with holiday background.
The glass piece that came in the December Holidaze box was a small Christmas Tree. Absolutely ADORABLE.. However.. Mine arrived broken. I immediately took photos and contact customer support as directed in the emails to do.
I messaged them late Friday afternoon and Monday morning when I checked my emails, I had an email letting me know they would be shipping out a replacement and would send along tracking info when available.
I did read there terms as far as replacements and it clearly states it is at their discretion, I was so hoping they would choose to send a replacement. This tree pipe is ADORABLE and I absolutely love it. I probably wont even ever use it, I like it that much!
So far I am completely satisfied with my interactions with Cannabox and Cannabox support.
Will update post once the replacement piece has arrived with new photos!
UPDATE!!
It has been about 4 weeks since I emailed and let them know about the broken piece I received in my December box and I am happy to report that I received my replacement glass this past week!
It arrived in a box just like the subscription service and I thought I had received my January box.
I was pleasantly surprised to when I opened it to see a new Christmas Tree glass just as adorable as the original that I received broken.
They also took extra care in sending this piece and added packaging peanuts. I seen on their Twitter page that their packing peanuts are dis-solvable in water, so I decided to give it a try.. (video coming soon…)
just a quick reminder! the packing peanuts we include are 100% biodegradable, please dispose of them in hot water 🙂
