I read so many reviews of this item before purchase and even though there was a good mix of positive and negative, mainly associated with the solar light, I went ahead and purchased anyways.
I am absolutely glad I purchased this and can not wait to gift one to my gram now. Of all the people in my life, she is the first person I think of when it comes to gardening and lawn landscaping decor. Not to mention she loves butterflies, so its a perfect fit!
This solar butterfly bird bath arrived fully encompassed in a thick hard foam, creating great support and security of the 18 inch glass disc. They even went as far as taping another long piece across the center of the birdbath to help secure it during transport also. Great packaging!
I’ve been using this Solar Birdbath outside, in all kinds of weather, for a few months now and it looks just as sharp as the day it arrived. We’ve had a few extremely windy days were I was a little nervous I’d go outside and see this laying int he yard broken. Has not happened at all. Very sturdy construction would highly recommend!
