Reading a book!

I like to lock myself in my room and binge watch!
I soak in epsom salt with warm water, light a candle and read a great book.

Music is for sure my stress relief, it brings me so much joy.

I find that an engrossing book is a great stress reliever.
My only child died after only 11 short months. That was almost three years ago. I’ve not come up from that. I don’t know that I ever will. The only thing that gets me through is knowing that I have no other choice and hoping I can be good enough to see her again one day.

I often grab a coffee and sit at the beach when I’m stressed. If I’m stuck in a car and not happy my go-to is some good music.
It is rough to lift my spirits during the winter months. During the warmer months, I get true joy working outside and hiking up to the top of our property that I can’t get to when it is snow covered, not on foot anyway.
I like to watch a movie, usually a comedy. It allows me to just jump into another world for a little while.
