  8. I love sensory experiences such as hookah, oxygen bars, cigarettes, food, vaping, flirting ect., and other things like smelling flowers, gardening, and also there’s always entering giveaways. That really calms me down…

  17. My only child died after only 11 short months. That was almost three years ago. I’ve not come up from that. I don’t know that I ever will. The only thing that gets me through is knowing that I have no other choice and hoping I can be good enough to see her again one day.

    It is rough to lift my spirits during the winter months. During the warmer months, I get true joy working outside and hiking up to the top of our property that I can’t get to when it is snow covered, not on foot anyway.

    When I’m feeling stressed, nothing is better than spending time with my dogs and cats. A nice walk with the dogs can do wonders.
