Click Here to See Typical Candy List

The Decade Gift Boxes are Available in 2lb and 4lb boxes. They offer decades from pre ’20s – ’90s or you can pick a mix of all. As if that wasn’t enough choices to make, they not only offer the Decade Gift Boxes in all the mentioned decades above, but also by other themes. Other themes for the Decade Gift Boxes include Holidays, such as Christmas, Easter and Valentines Day, but they also offer them as Corporate Gifts, simple Congratulations and Birthday!  So many options to please every age range in your life. Not only a yummy treat for the tummy, but a chance to experience your childhood again, one bite at a time!

I chose to receive the 60’s themed Decade Gift Box simply because I saw that there might be Swedish fish. I am not kidding, that is exactly what made me decide. lol Some of the items listed in the typical candy list, I have heard of and even tried, some I had no clue what they were, but couldn’t wait to find out.

When my box arrived, I have to say I wasn’t expecting the weight.  I know it says 4lbs, but until you actually hold four pounds of candy in your hand, knowing it’s four pounds, you don’t really realize how much that is. I was a little taken back. In a good way. I couldn’t wait for my husband to get up so we could open it up together.

OldTimeCandyGiveawayI can’t even begin to list all of the different pieces and types of candy that they managed to stuff in this box. There were the Swedish fish as I mentioned above, sweet tarts, taffy, tootsie rolls, wax bottle and lips, lemon heads and another favorite, that I promptly removed from the box along with the Swedish fish, the giant Sugar Daddy! I have not seen one of them in quite a long time. My hubs, says he has seen him, and yes,  I did say well why did you not buy it then?? I mean.. Right?!?

He, on the other hand, about did flips over these pink, white and brown sugary coconut things that ironically had the simplest name ever.. “3 Flavor Coconut”.. When I asked my husband and gram, they kept saying 3 flavor coconut.. I’m like I know.. But what are they called…. Well.. That’s what they’re called.. They also had lots of full size chocolate bars and plenty of things I have never heard of, such as Turkish Taffy? Chuckles? and even Indian Head Salted Sunflower Seeds… There is so much to explore in this box, you can spend hours just talking and reminiscing..

A Box Full of Memory Enhancers!
That you can EAT!!

But don’t worry, if your not looking for a 4lb box of random candy, they also offer many other Candy Gifts to fulfill all kinds of different needs, from Pre-Filled Party Favor Bags, filled Candy Jars, Lunch Box Gifts to Retro Toys and Novelty Candy, like my ultimate favorite, the World’s Largest Gummy Bear!! I have already told everyone in my family that will listen, that I really want that 5lb Orange Gummy Bear. I just have to have him. I’ll probably Never Ever eat him, but I still want him.. lol
