These poultry shears are very sharp. We used them to cut up a roasted chicken and it had no issues cutting through the breast bone.
I have also used these multipurpose shears for clipping vegetables off the vine in my garden. They are a quick sharp scissor that leaves a nice clean cut.

That’s a great tool to easily slice up chicken. We use a knife to do it but this one’s much better.
